The New England Restaurant and Bar Show served up a variety of the best food and drink in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Vermont.
The two day show invaded the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The stages were set and chefs from all over New England sampled the best bites in Boston and all corners of New England. From the sweet to the savory, the show didn't miss a thing. Representatives from Simple Sips Fresh Mix, Costa Fruit and Produce, Notch Brewing, Tea Forte, Vero Water, Sysco, New England Seating, Piantidosi Baking, Gifford's Ice Cream, Natalie's Juice, and more were on the expo floor.
On the Education Stage, the latest technology along with best practices were shared. How AI influenced the restaurant and bar industry was one highlight from the stage. The Alcohol Pavilion featured a wide range of reds, whites, and roses. Ty Law took the stage for the Bar Keynote address.Culinary demonstrations featured a sampling of favors from both near and far. New products and innovations were on the expo floor and featured on stage.
