2018: The Year in Review

It is that PRECIOUS time of year: time for the Year in Review, a tradition of The Red Balloon. 

 As with each edition, we need to take a moment to pause and reflect on the prior Golden Rules.

This year is winding down and a new year is nearly begun!

Now for the moment you have been awaiting all year:
Golden Rule 10: Caveat emptor: literally translated to "let the buyer beware." Most Golden Rules require further explanation, however, this rules number 10 speaks for itself.
